Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Dubai + Dhow Cruise with Dinner.
At the time of your arrival our Local representative will greet you & assist you with your baggage to the Vehicle and drive you safely to your Hotel.
In the evening pick up from Hotel Lobby/Residence Access to Dhow cruise creek. Enjoy 90 mins cruising with Enjoy buffet dinner with live entertainment. Drop off to Hotel Lobby/Residence.

Day 2: Dubai Half day city tour + Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner.

COVID – 19 Precautions and Information’s:
Guests must carry a valid proof of vaccination which reflects the completion of doses of WHO approved vaccines or vaccines approved by The United Arab Emirates (UAE). The vaccine certificate held by the customer must have a QR code on it and should only be in English or Arabic

Guests must carry a negative PCR certificate in printed form, from a government-approved laboratory in India (ICMR) or a certified designated laboratory which is available on https://www.icmr.gov.in/issued no more than 48 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Dubai. The certificate issued shall be duly signed or stamped by relevant authorities and must only be in English or Arabic. Handwritten certificates shall not be permitted. 48Hours is calculated from the time of sample collection
The negative PCR certificate held by the customer must have a QR code on it linking it to their original test report and must have the date and time of sample collection and the test result mentioned accurately. Guests holding a negative PCR certificate without a QR code shall be denied boarded at the origin station.

All Guests landing into Dubai shall be subject to random COVID-19 testing on arrival
For Guests from Foreign Airport to other Indian States
All Guests including children and infants shall be mandatorily required to submit self-health declaration form on Air Suvidha Portal
India along with its own vaccination certificate, recognizes vaccination certificate of 108 countries on reciprocity basis. Guests in possession of final vaccination certificate from these 108 countries shall no longer be required to upload pre-departure RT-PCR negative report on Air Suvidha Portal. However, they shall be required to upload the final vaccination certificate**
All other Guests shall be required to upload RT-PCR negative report of test conducted within 72 hours of undertaking their journey on Air Suvidha Portal
All Guests including children and infants are required to submit online declaration with respect to authenticity of the report and to abide by the decision of the government authority to undergo home quarantine/self-health monitoring for 14 days or as warranted
All Guests including children and infants shall be required to be in possession of physical or digital copy of the acknowledgement of their self health declaration form submitted on the Air Suvidha Portal along with their RT-PCR report or vaccination certificate failing which they can be denied boarded at the origin station.
Term and conditions
- Standard Check-In: 1500 hrs. & Checkout: 1200 hrs. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to Availability.
- Per person rate – applicable on 02 persons staying together in same room.
- Whereas the agency offers Visa facilitation services to Users and provides guidance in terms of documentation, it does not provide any assurance nor assumes responsibility for the outcome of the Visa application process. In the event of rejection of Visa, no part of the Fee or service charges is refundable. The User agrees to not seek any clarifications with regards to the reason of rejection of the Visa from the agency and seek such information directly from the Embassy concerned. The user further undertakes to not hold the agency responsible and not to seek compensation for financial losses, for loss of reputation due to cancellation of travel plan or any other tangible, intangible or emotional loss deemed to be suffered by the client.
- Issuance of visa will be subject to approval from immigration however once visa is applied charges will be applicable and NO refund will be granted.
- Once visas are handed over kindly do double check all the details, if any discrepancy found bring to our notice within 72 hrs., any claim raised beyond this stipulated time will be treated null and void.
- Depending on each hotel policy, there could be mandatory – refundable – deposits at the time of check-in at the hotel. These deposits will differ from hotel to hotel and guests should be aware about such deposits and should deposit the same directly at the reception at the time of check-in (this can be a cash deposit or a credit card block) and the hotel will refund the same at the time of check out.”
- Booking of services is always independent of the Visa process and cancellation charges are levied by service owners including Airlines, Hotels, Transportation, Sightseeing and any other service booked. The site will retain a service charge to cover expenses in booking of services.
- To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
- All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the Traveller and Company shall not be liable for their loss by airline/cruise/coach or any other carrier whilst on the tour.
- It is highly recommended that the Traveller acquire adequate insurance cover to secure their life, health and property as may be advised by your insurance agent to cover any eventualities associated with your overseas travel including health, accidental injury, loss, liability and the like depending on your assessment of your risk potential. Insurance if any,
- included in the tour price may be the standard travel care insurance policy provided by a third party insurance service provider and the scope of the cover may be limited in nature, the details of which shall be provided to you at the time of confirmation of your booking. The Travellers are advised to discuss your insurance needs directly with your insurance agent before proceeding on the tour and at your own cost procure any additional cover as may be advised. Please note, Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation, please read the terms and conditions of the insurance document carefully before finalizing your desired insurance cover.
- Please note that the Traveller would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and the Company is only a facilitator. Traveller shall therefore check the accuracy and correctness of the insurance policy and in case of any error or lapse report the same to the Insurer directly and get the same rectified by them, as the Company would not be responsible for the same.
- Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Most countries are quite strict about following a schedule.
- Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
- All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. No change is permissible once tour is Started.
- This proposal is valid for the said dates/months; prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be borne by the concerned Passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc. not utilized on your tour.
- In case False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the Guests, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the Guests without any objection from external authorities.
- Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels / Tour Guide.
- For any un-availed meals, we shall not be responsible.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager Reserves the right to amend the Itinerary / cancel the visit.
- The above cost is valid for a minimum of two people travelling together.
- 2.5% bank charges would be levied on all payments made by credit card.
- Rates are not valid during the festivals, fairs, special events, Higher Rates will apply peak period, blackout dates, Carnival etc.
- Above is a tentative proposed itinerary. Final itinerary will be given after confirmation of the tour programmed.
- The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.
- Refund Policy – No refund if any lockdown and emergencies arise due to Pandemic or any other reason beyond our control. Flight rescheduling charges will be extra payable for future scheduled travel date.
- The Traveler(s) cannot claim Refund if he/ she does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc. due to any reason whatsoever.
- Service and other taxes mentioned above are as per prevailing rates from Govt of India. Should there be any changes in it, the same will be notified and levied accordingly.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in writing.
- In case of any Flight Cancellation Before Departure/ No Show / Delay / which are beyond to the control of Goldenagers.in or any other changes effected by the Airlines Same Cancellation policy apply for Hotel and Land Part only.
- Fully Vaccinated or negative RT- PCR report is mandate for all the travellers as per state government guidelines.
- Food menu is Chef Choice.
- We do not have any control on those arrangements and food menu of enroute restaurants.
- Some of the sightseeing points might get closed on particular days therefore we reserve right to change the itinerary, however we will make sure everything is covered in best possible way.
- All rooms are base category.
Refund is not applicable on Air Ticket.
